Returns Policy

• Damaged Goods:
  Returns are only accepted for goods that are received damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at designersmedicine@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

• Return Process:
  Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item. The replacement will be shipped once we receive the damaged item back. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be covered by us only in the case of damaged goods.
